The villages are so pretty and characterful. I’m with you about storks too – have a real soft spot for them. I would love to follow the wine trail, but as you point out, the designated driver issue is a problem. My solution is to park up in different spots along the route in the camper van and then use the bikes to visit the vineyards! Hopefully I won’t fall off 😊
