My knees sometimes have their bad days. The poles really help. Plus I think you burn more calories with them. Double whammy.

I remember some of the information from your guest blog post about the Wicklow Mountains. You are so lucky to have these mountains so close to home. Here in London we’ll have to travel at least to the Peak District, which is bare minimum 2.5h by train or car.

I like it that you include so much useful information. I’m always saying to Ellie that my blog posts are a bit like diary entries of a ten-year old haha… very much stream of consciousness and narrative, did this, did that, thought it was nice, then went home. I need to start including more helpful tips and stuff too. 🙂

I’d have to do them both for the views and I need to see that boardwalk through the forest myself. This would be a long hike for us but worth it.
